Timer (“the App”) is an all-in-one productivity application providing countdown timers, multi-timers, stopwatch, interval training, pomodoro, sleep breathing, routines, world clock, alarms and Chromecast mirroring. The App is designed to be offline-first: none of its core features require an account or an internet connection.
We do not collect personally identifiable information on our servers. The App does not embed any advertising SDK and does not embed any third-party analytics SDK.
The App stores the following data locally on your device (typically via Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults):

Sign-in is entirely optional and used only to back up your own presets and settings. The App never requests access to your contacts, photos, calendar, emails or any other personal data from these providers.
The App requests the following device permissions only when the related feature is used:
The App contains no advertisements and integrates no advertising SDK (including Google AdMob).
The App does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or similar. We do not track individual user behaviour.
No payments or in-app purchases are available in the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA, depending on local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to access, rectify, port or erase on our side. Any data stored locally on your device can be erased at any time by clearing the App’s data or by uninstalling the App. If you used an optional sign-in, you may revoke access from your Google or Apple account settings.
California residents have the right to request disclosure or deletion of their personal information. We do not collect, sell or share personal information.
This Privacy Policy is accessible from within the App. Updates will be published with a revised effective date.
We do not retain personal data on our servers. Data stored locally on your device persists until you remove it or uninstall the App.
Data stored on your device is protected by the operating system’s built-in isolation between applications. When you use optional sign-in, the authentication is handled directly by the respective provider (Google, Apple) and is subject to their own security and privacy policies.

If you have signed in to the App, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data (backed-up presets, settings and any server-side information linked to your account) directly from within the App:
This action is irreversible. Your account and all data associated with it will be permanently removed from our servers. Local data stored on your device (timer presets, routines, preferences) is not affected by this action and can be removed separately by clearing the App’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
