Enter any French verb and it returns the full conjugation across the tenses and moods taught in French schools — présent, imparfait, passé simple, futur simple, the compound tenses, subjonctif, conditionnel, impératif and the participles — with irregular forms shown rather than derived from a rule that does not apply to them. Verbs are also browsable as a list, and a FAQ section covers the questions that come up most: which auxiliary a verb takes, how agreement works with the passé composé, and how the three regular groups differ. The reference covers the verbs in the site's conjugation database, which includes the irregular verbs that regular-verb rules get wrong.
