Ten tools for checking what a domain, an address or a connection is actually doing. The redirect checker follows a URL through its full redirect chain and reports every hop with its status code, which is how you catch a 302 that should have been a 301 or a loop that never resolves. The website status checker reports whether a host answers and how long it takes, and the HTTP header checker shows the response headers a server returns, including caching and security headers. DNS lookup resolves the record types for a domain, WHOIS lookup returns registration data, and the SSL certificate checker reports issuer and expiry. Three address tools cover your own IP, geolocation for any other IP, and an internet speed test run from your browser. The router login page is a reference: default addresses, usernames and passwords for common home routers. The tools that inspect another site query it from our server, because a browser is not allowed to read another site's response headers.
