With Direct selected, toggle the Toolbar switch and set a Start Page so the file opens on that page.
Toggle Responsive, Lazy Loading and Show Border. With Responsive off, type exact Width and Height values in pixels.
Scroll the Preview panel to check the document renders in the engine you picked.
Pick the html, object, wordpress or bbcode tab and click Copy, then paste the code into your page.
